Who Heals The Healer?

<p>This book isn&rsquo;t born from academic study but from lived<br/>experience &mdash; from witnessing how even the strongest people<br/>the ones others turn to often have no one to turn to themselves.<br/>With a deep interest in psychology philosophy and human<br/>behaviour I write not to teach but to reflect &mdash; to ask questions<br/>that many carry but few speak aloud.<br/>I wanted to create something that encourages readers to<br/>pause think and maybe see themselves and others in a new<br/>light.<br/>I added softer forms like fictional stories and poems<br/>intentionally. Because the topics are too tender to always be<br/>dissected in facts and theories. A metaphoric point of view<br/>helps us understand what our own words cannot yet say.<br/>If you find yourself in these pages &mdash; even a little &mdash; I hope<br/>you feel less alone. I hope you pause and offer yourself some<br/>grace. I hope you understand that living is not about perfection<br/>but about presence.</p>
