It's a good thing too as over the days the 'jelly' expands and then disappears replaced by swarms of tiny fish. Only they aren't fish. As time passes Lilipearl and Earl realize that the swarm of tiny fish that invaded their pond are tadpoles growing up to be frogs. They spend their days after hatching looking for their parents and escaping the sharp claws of hungry cats. As their life cycle approaches maturity they find their parents and learn who they are and what they can do. They can hop and best yet they can sing something they do one night to sing their thanks to Lilipearl and Earl who shared their pond with them.
