Not to be mistaken as raising a false alarm as we often do to downplay the seriousness of overwhelming events confronting us. It blares out a siren that is almost a trumpet delineating the precipice where mankind is standing at this material time - blindly!That is to say that it captures the overall dangerous state of human affairs today offering diagnostic principles for the re-establishment of viable governance of all human societies.It will be very difficult to describe in writing all that this great poetic work contains.
