This study is a focused effort outlining the performance aspects of modern handheld wireless devices vis-à-vis the associated mobile network services. Specifically addressed thereof is a strategy to determine the performance profile of market penetration considerations in provisioning mobile networks. To meet the scope of this research developed are relevant performance models of wireless networks in supporting mobile (handheld devices). Such models duly account for the underlying technological details economics considerations and hedonic aspects of customer market.
