With Her in Ourland (Aziloth Books)

<p>Charlotte Perkins Gilman's 'Herland Trilogy' is widely recognized as a classic of early feminist literature. Ellador's calm logical responses to the problems of war poverty misogyny racial prejudice and a host of other worldly evils allow Gilman to continue her satirical dystopian critique of the so-called civilized world with husband Vandyck's complacent acceptance of worldly injustice acting as the perfect foil to Ellador/Gilman's prescriptions for setting the place to rights. The result is a tour de force of Charlotte Gilman's wit and political perception making for an astute and distinctly prescient account of both our past and present-day problems.</p>
