With the Persian Expedition

Its the beginning of 1918 where Fate and the War Office sends Major Donohoe into a field of operations almost unknown to the home-keeping Briton - that of North-West Persia in the land lying towards the Caucasus and the Caspian Sea. His experiences there are recounted in this personal account - an unexplored and unusual bypath of the Great War. The mission was of utmost military importance yet only consisted of a force fewer than 350 Australian New Zealand British and Canadian officers and NCOs. Their task to stop agents of the Central Powers from entering Persia.
