Within

I began my work on Within when I fell in love for the first time. Throughout the ups and downs of a relationship I would write poems to express my joy my pain love found and love lost. Only by expressing our feelings are we able to grow. So many times I felt mislead and confused by love. How can another individual have so much affect on you? Are we so intent on finding love that we sacrifice ourselves? Within contains short verse poems each one tackles a thought-provoking subject or feeling. The reader follows these experiences that are common to many but expressed so eloquently by few. The poems cover themes that are known to almost everyone such as: the joys and sorrows of being in love the ups and downs of relationships the beginning and the end of realtionships.
