The formatting is also done to resemble the original. </p><p><br></p><p>However since most people cannot read Hebrew or Greek those few words have been excluded.</p><p><br></p><p>And ALL FOOTNOTES are after the paragraph in which the * appears. This is to make the ebook the same as the print book since there are no pages in ebooks.</p>
