Born and brought up in the Silicon Valley of India Deepa is an experienced management professional and educationist with over 23 years experience in roles with increasing responsibilities in various MNCs. She is a Transformative Leadership Coach Author Women Entrepreneur Relationship Strategist Trainer and a humanitarian. Now the Founder and Managing Director of Success Harvest Deepa works closely with various corporates houses educational institutions/universities to coach participants on three key dimensions of Sustainable Success• Identify and Tap Intrapersonal Wisdom• Betterment of Inter-personal Relationships at home and work• Design and deploy time-bound Professional Development Action Plan• Deepa Nagarajan is also a women’s empowerment champion and works with various corporates on the development of the diverse and inclusive workforce empowering women to take on higher leadership roles while keeping the individual development goals intact.
