Women's Bravery in the Hemicycle

They have been very regular and their contributions both in plenary sessions and in committee work have been of a quality and relevance appreciated by all; it is to the point that we regret that there are only eight of them out of the eighty-one deputies that we are in the Hemicycle. The proof of the eminent role they play in the National Assembly is that two of our seven standing committees are chaired by them. We are very satisfied with the work of our female colleagues in the National Assembly and our wish is that they be better represented in the next legislature. Abass BONFOH.
