Women's Freedom of Choice in Marge Piercy's Three Women

This book attempts to break through the cycles of women through women. Instead of pursuing the equal status with men and trapped in the patriarchal society with masculine languages women should go back to their relationships with their previous generations for answers. If family lineage is the basic unit cycle then women from various ethnic or non-ethnic backgrounds create multi-circles that overlap with one another. To understand the causality from the past implant the new genes at the present generations and so the future ones can benefit from the effort. Women''s fates are at women''s hands not men''s. Women own the power to make new definitions and conceptions of what women should be like.
