Women's movements and changes in the penal code

A line of thought on violence against women domestic violence and criminal law permeates the work. To what extent can the law be or can be transformed by social movements in this case women's movements against violence and whether these movements succeed in shaking structures legitimated by the law. The possibility for women who are oppressed by various types of violence to get rid of it and help to build a history capable of changing the social and institutional vision in this case the Law objectively and subjectively making them recognise domestic violence as violence is fully viable.
