Words I Love

When death comes to a spouse does the surviving spouse face a lonely sojourn on Earth in which reminiscing becomes the only recourse to experiencing those treasured joys of wedded bliss? Must the survivor receive consolation from merely an expected future reunion at death? Is the cherished loved one dead and gone--or alive in an inaccessible world beyond? How the surviving spouse chooses to answer these questions in a way is a matter of life and death. Must the surviving spouse languish in a world of perceived loss? Or is the departed loved one available and anxious to continue the life of wedded bliss? The poems in this book are written with a view to reaching people who find themselves in the situation of pondering these questions. Can there really be an Earthly/heavenly romance in which the beloved departed is not dead and gone but alive and here? The poems in this book answer that question with a resounding Yes!
