Work Ethics and Service Delivery in Public Organizations

The Book Work Ethics and Service Delivery in Public Organization: A study of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Anambra State Nigeria is an empirical insight into the challenges of work ethics in public organizations in Nigeria and how that has impeded work efficiency and optimal organizational performance. It made use of descriptive survey research and was able to establish various causal factors to poor work ethics in public organizations and how that could be addressed.
