Attention to workers' health at the organisational level has become increasingly frequent in recent years as the health of the professional has a significant influence on their quality of life and therefore on job satisfaction and performance. In this context many work situations can bring health risks including work-related harm. The organization of work must know the profile of its employees and offer diagnostic actions prevention and promotion of physical and mental health to workers.
