Working Together

<p>Working Together: A framework for collaborating in complexity presents Dr Kristy Docherty's four principles for collective leadership that enable a more effective work approach which is particularly beneficial in complex work environments. The research is set within a public sector context where colliding priorities and objectives often get in the way when working across organisational and professional boundaries.
