WORKLOAD AND SALARY SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES

The goal of this study is to add to the body of knowledge by illuminating the special possibilities and problems faced by workers in a semi-urban environment such as Coimbatore City. This study aims to give practical insights for human resource management techniques targeted at improving employee well-being and organisational performance by identifying the causes of job satisfaction at the individual and organisational levels. In conclusion this study aims to explore the subtle characteristics of job satisfaction among employees focusing on EXL Technologies in Coimbatore City. It aims to provide insightful information that can guide strategic decision-making processes inside the company and add to the larger conversation on employee happiness in the context of multinational organisations through thorough analysis and empirical research.
