World Peace (Justice and Peace)

Man needs peace. Man needs justice. Man needs human rights. Man desires to live with prestige and dignity. Man needs the rights to property. Man needs rights of worship to his God as per his religious beliefs. Man needs protection from culprits and anti social people. Man needs independence in his thoughts and beliefs. He treats him as the custodian of his family and the assets. Man needs justice for his work and treats him as an equal partner of the state. He desires to enjoy his rights as a free citizen of the country. If he is devoid of his human rights as a citizen he takes the shelter of the court to fight against injustice. It is because the government officials treat them as powerful people who are the custodians of the law of the land. The present manuscript entitled “justice and peace” has included eight chapters depicting justice is peace judges must save the nation landmark judgments justice is expensive state laws in India justice and governance judiciary corruption and in the eighth Chapter we have opined that ‘world peace is possible’. in short the justice system should ensure quick delivery of judgments to protect the people of the world from torture and mental agony.
