World War 1

<p>World War One was called "the war to end all wars"...it didn't.  In this concise recounting of the first world war we take a look into the reasons for it the reactions to it and ultimately the death of those that gave the greatest sacrifice.</p><p> </p><p>So often we hear tell of the great sacrifice made in the subsequent wars however the story of World War 1 has a depth of insight to provide on the settings for World War 2.  If World War 1 had finished on a more firm note of surrender then maybe World War 2 wouldn't have happened.  Many Germans felt like the Keiser betrayed the country by surrendering.  Why did he surrender?  What difficulties were Germany in?  As war took on new ways of shedding blood and mankind struggled to keep up the sacrifice that was made in the name of peace must not be forgotten. </p>
