Worship

Worship content and styles need not be complicated or mysterious leading to tension and disunity. When we understand how scripture defines worship we easily avoid disagreements and misunderstandings.<br /><br />Worship is like a building with <br />• a cornerstone<br />• a six-part foundation<br />• strong walls (conditions and activities labelled as worship in scripture)<br />• a roof (to link all aspects of worship)<br /><br />We use one word worship to describe church music but scripture uses nine additional words defined in this book. <br /> <br />This book's careful use of scripture moves the reader to become the true worshiper God seeks (John 4:23).
