In honor of their blood pact the blood siblings create the Kingdom of E. Although it begins as playacting the fantasy world they construct becomes essential to their identities. Escaping into this world helps them cope not only with the bullies who target them but also with home situations that are less than ideal.</p><p class=ql-align-justify>Isabel's deepest wish is to be a good witch practice white magic and do good things for others. She wants to cure the bullies of their cruelty help Gerald find the father he has never met and ensure that Phoebe does not move away. </p><p class=ql-align-justify>When she discovers a peculiar bookstore and acquires a silver sphere fantastic things begin to happen.</p><p class=ql-align-justify>Isabel soon senses that she is undergoing strange and unsettling transformations and the values she learned from her Poppa and her Granma waver.</p><p class=ql-align-justify>The transformation comes at a high cost marking the beginning of a fantastic unforeseen journey neither she nor her blood siblings could have predicted.</p>
