Yah Kahani Nahi Hai [ Ek Aatamparak Ramy Rachana ]

A boy born in a poor family of remote Village faces so many obstacles and hurdles in terms of socio-economic disparity and stratification that he lurches in the situation -what to do and what not to do. But he remains attached with his family values of hard labour truthfulness and honesty. As a studenthe dreamt to become a lecturer in a Degree College on the basis of his fine academic careerso as to inculcate moral values in students for becoming better citizens of society and the nation. The then prevailing odds have miserably broken dream of the boy and he was disappointed from being a regular lecturer in a Degree College in subject of his study i.e.chmestry. After nationalisation of the Banks the boy had an opportunity to a Bank.It was an unknown field for him.He again started studies and gained deep knowledge of Banking. Resultantlyhe became Instructor of the Bank in the yr.1982 for imparting training (a type of teaching job) to officers and clerical staff. After nineties some unethical practices like bribery etc. crept into banking sector due to the boy could not succeed to get promotions for which he deservedas he could nt compromise with his family values.yet he lived a content life. This is not a story but a reality which I have lived. Admittedly to make it more effective I have taken liberty of imaginationa little bit.
