Yellow Gerbera

<p class=ql-align-justify><span style=background-color: rgba(0 0 0 0)>This is a small book of affirmations for people that are healing from toxic relationships.</span></p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify>The book was based off a poem by JL Herald from <em>toxic/empathy</em> (2024) about Resilience and learning to heal and stay true to yourself. Yellow is the colour of happiness and joy the gerbera the flower of resilience.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify>The book is small in size but big in meaning. Words that support and provide help with the confusion and hurt that become apparent after dealing with gaslighting abuse invalidation and devaluation.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify>Everyone deserves respect and love and learning to love and trust yourself is the first step.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify></p>
