About The Book
Description
Author
In the Land Beyond the Mist and Fog lived Faeries in ForEverNever. Their world was divided into seven Faerie Houses created as guardians of Earth. Each Faerie House had its own ruler and no one House was created more powerful than another. Overtime many of the Faeries began to forget their responsibilities to Earth. INstead they chose to succumb to the influence of their powers and abilities becoming greedy and self-centered. Several of the rulers believed it was their inherent right to rule the entire Faerie World. Fighting existed for as long as anyone could remember impacting the human world on Earth. There were several places on Earth shared by humans and Faeries. The Cliffs of Moher a sacred place along with the Isle of Iona off the West coast of Scotland Anglesey off the coast of Wales the town Hafnarfjordur in Iceland Granada in Spain New Orleans in the United States the Urubamba Sacred Valley in the Andes of Peru Mount Kailash in Tibet the Giza Plateau in Egypt Axum in Ethiopia Uluru in Australia and an unkinown place in Antarctica. Faeries were able to travel to the human world but humans were forbidden in the Faerie World.Disgusted by the continuous fighting and negative impact on Earth the Power of All asked to meet with all the Faeries. The Power of All asked for one volunteer to give up their powers and abilities. In exchange the volunteer would receive a new unnamed power that could not be used to influence others but would protect their existence. To give up their powers was to lose their false sense of identity and purpose. For the longest time no one stepped forward. Then all heads turned as one small young Faerie volunteered. The King of Ymir protested but the young Faerie insisted. As promised the Power of All gave the young Faerie the most powerful gift of all but with a cost. More than one sacrifice was made that day. That is where our story begins.
