Accepting that even a small of percentage of children will be deprived of these basic rights and failing to recognize their voices contradicts our duty to humanity. Every child regardless of their circumstances deserves a loving supportive positive upbringing.</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>In sharing her story author Kiran Abdullah wants to spark action and inspire readers to think about how they can contribute to this effort. She believes in the strength of community and the power each individual holds to make a difference.
