You Can Tell a lot about a Person by the Way They Stack Their Wood

Have you ever wondered what your ancestors were like? Were they characters in their own right? This is what I had in mind when I decided to write down the interactions I had with my maternal grandfather and a Vermont County Forester with whom I worked. They were both unique and once you met them chances are you would not forget them. I have fond memories of both. Whether you were related to them knew them as friends knew them by reputation or would just like to read about two real Vermonters I hope you will be amused by my stories.
