You Can't Run with Weights

Everyone has a race to run! - it's your LIFE race. The blatant truth is there are times in life when your forward stride feels like you're struggling. Unfortunate and unforeseen events blindside us and we become 'weighted' down with the pressure of living through it. Circumstances and situations can attach themselves to such a degree that we carry the effects of them while still running our race. However we can't effectively run being weighted down. We have to release and rid ourselves of them in order to experience freedom be the best you and with God's help live the best life you can! It's time to let some things go!
