<p>Tempest that's what I will describe my professional life spread over 40 years. Some say being a woman is some sort of curse. No being a man is also equally difficult. All human beings will have to undergo the some kind of grind. I remember someone telling “ An elephant has It's own problem and an ant has It's own problem”. Just learn to laugh at yourselves! Sri Ratan Tata once told students “ Don’t take anything seriously”. I have no regrets about anything nor have animosity towards anyone. This book is a honest introspection of my experiences with Indian multinational and family-managed businesses. The intention is to help all readers to prepare themselves to become leaders in the manufacturing industry. I learned a lot from these experiences and continue to learn. Someone had once told me when one door closes another door opens. How right! I am thankful to all my Gurus of all age groups who guided me throughout the tempest.</p>
