You know it''s not the same as it was is only inspired by that Harry Styles song - it has nothing to do with Harry Styles. As It Was infact was buried in the pages of my Google documents - as I forever contemplated releasing it - at the cost of putting myself out there. But the book is amongst the many things that hopefully find release - as you sift through the pages of this memoir and acquaint yourself with my vocabulary of lived experiences spanning paradigms of emotional mental spiritual health conditioning and attachment patterns- all affecting one''s overall being and choices in life. This memoir also serves as a prelude to the world of holistic healing at a somatic and cellular level of nervous system regulation and trauma recovery (yes) of which I hope to jot my experiences following this. Until then from my untitled document from when I first began writing to being in your hands (or your screens) - the journey has just begun. Along with her professional journey she is a certified practitioner of Inner Child Healing as well as Trauma Informed Healing & Resilience amongst other courses that offer guidance as one navigates the path of holistic healing and everything it entails.
