Actually the content of the book was first prepared as a final research project in SLA (Second Language Acquisition) course while the authors were attending the course as an MA students. in the conclusion section the book highlights the importance of speaking anxiety as a problem for English foreign learners as it can lead to poor performance in English speaking.
