Young people in politics

The book presents a study of the motivational and semantic sphere of Russian youth of varying degrees of involvement in social and political life. The object of the research was representatives of youth political and public organizations as well as university students who are interested in political life and are indifferent to it. The book deals with factors that influence the degree of participation in youth social and political organizations and specific social attitudes of representatives of different youth groups. The study also contains an overview of existing youth social and political organizations in Russia today and an analysis of the main scientific approaches to studying political activity.
