Younger Colleagues on Older Colleague���s Productivity

In the 21st century interactions between the younger and older colleagues have become a pivotal concern. Hence given concern became an ever-important issue without evidence for resolve on how young colleagues view their older counterparts in many countries around the globe. In order to overcome such a challenge this book contributes to the literature by scrutinizing young colleague’s views in regards to their older counterparts in Cyprus.
