This is needed especially due to the isolation of the ongoing pandemic. This book looks at the challenges of new motherhood such as feeding sleeping bathing and clothing your baby and pairs it with the recurring line of You're doing great Mama. The last page contains resources for mothers struggling with postpartum anxiety or depression.</p>
