Several years ago the Lord placed it on my heart to write a book concerning sexual purity. Shortly after he began to show me behavior patterns of children making it clear that this approach was necessary. I proceeded to write but contemplated on my approach. I wondered Is this book designed to impress or inform? I first focused on my audience and acknowledged that I am not writing to adults but to children. Secondly I considered the age groups. Finally I came to terms that I am writing to children of several grade levels. What might be comprehensive for some might be totally vague for others. I prayed about it and the Lord revealed to me the importance of clarity. So keeping it simple and to the point was the solution. This book is an informative tool that a child can pick up and go to the area of his or her own spiritual need.
