Zarasha

Zarasha Wakhan's family has been living in the valley near the Pakistan-China border for generations. As a girl full of ambitions and dreams Zarasha is comforted knowing that she is the light of her father's life and that God is always protecting her and her family. But one night when her father mistakenly opens the door to strangers her life changes forever. After Zarasha loses her parents on account of a terrible crime she alongside her sister move to another village to start all over again. Zarasha soon realizes that no miracle will bring back her parents. As the girls attempt to become accustomed to their new family and normal Zarasha's troubles are unfortunately not behind her as life is not done teaching her the most valuable lesson she will ever learn: to overcome her fears she must first believe in herself. Zarasha is an inspirational story of bravery and perseverance.
