Since the dawn of time primitive man needed to know the animals that surrounded him to know if they were dangerous good for their meat useful as pets harmful for causing damage to his crops or causing diseases. Zoology emerged as a science in ancient Greece and Aristotle was one of its most fervent cultivators. This scientific field is responsible for the study or treatment of animals in their most varied facets for example it helps us classify animals by their true kinship relationships to know the evolutionary processes of the different zoological groups the relationships that they establish. with each other and with the environment their external morphology their internal anatomy the physiological processes that they develop during their life cycle and how hereditary characters are transmitted from parents to offspring.
