Francesc Miralles

Francesc Miralles is a lecturer and bestselling author of several self-help and inspirational books. Born in Barcelona, he studied journalism, English literature and German philology, and has worked as a translator, editor, art therapist and musician. Miralles’ most well-known book is Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life, which he co-authored with Hector Garcia. Originally written in Spanish, the book has been translated into 67 languages, making it the most translated Spanish book in history. His first novel for adults is Love in the Lower Case, which has been translated into 28 languages. It is a heartwarming, feel-good story about a lonely man's life-changing encounter with a stray cat and the unexpected love it brings.
