About the Editors Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Sharma is working as Principal Aditi Mahavidyalaya University of Delhi. She has more than 25 years of teaching research and administrative experience. She has undergone number of research and administrative assignments during her career. She is life member various apex bodies of research and development at international level. Professor Pooja Khanna has been teaching English language and Communication Skills for over 22 years in the Department of English at Aditi Mahavidyalaya University of Delhi. She has authored over 13 books for various courses prescribed for the students under CBCS LOCF and NEP.She has published widely in journals of National and International repute and presented papers at several conferences .She has also be an actively involved in creating e - lessons for the Institute of Life Long Learning during her tenure as a fellow at South Campus University of Delhi. Prof. Beena Antony Reji has 25 years of teaching experience at Aditi Mahavidyalaya University of Delhi. She was the Faculty-In-Charge of GFATM Round 7 with Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai from 2009-2015 and is now Faculty-In-Charge of Tata Institute of Social Sciences Saksham projects Pramaan and Pravaah from 2021-2024 at Aditi Mahavidyalaya.
