Dao Cool

As a Chinese saying goes a stone from a remote mountain can compete with jade. When the Western world comes to a reflection point why not look towards the East for wisdom. The West builds all knowledge on logic while the concept of logic does not even exist in the Chinese culture. Logic is designed to avoid contradiction and its goal is to reveal truth by eliminating contradictions to reach the state of logic self-consistency. However people have been using logic for thousands of years but there has never been a single moment that logic self-consistency was accomplished which is evidenced by scientists seeking of Grand Unified Theory. In other words although logic aims to avoid contradiction reality says that logical inference consistently ends up with contradiction with no exception to date. Logic is a myth. In fact the history of logic application shows that contradiction meets the definition of truth because it is ubiquitous constant and eternal. What if contradiction is the truth of the universe how can you reach the truth by avoiding contradictions? Therefore logic does not make sense and is illogical.In place of logic the Chinese way of thinking is Dao which was concluded from De or in English ethics. Ethics tell that if someone tries to seek a positive feeling by maximizing his own interest people will denounce him which will cause a negative feedback. However if he is willing to withstand a negative feeling by prioritizing other peoples interest people will praise him which will result in a positive feedback instead. Since positive will lead to negative and negative will lead to positive although positive and negative are entirely opposite they are each others sufficient and necessary condition. In simple language a proposition and its inverse proposition are equivalent which defies logic and rejects human senses. Unlike logics strategy of clinging to itself to reach self consistency Dao uses logics opposite side i.e. contradiction as a portal to get to logic consistency. After all positive can only be reachable through negative while holding onto positive will only lead to negative and this is the mechanism through which logic creates contradictions. Myth solved!Since contradiction is beyond the reach of logic it becomes a taboo that even God dear not touch. Unfortunately there is no way to learn the truth without the capability to handle contradictions. The book talks about numerous contradictions anatomizes them and then brings them back to common sense under the guidance of Dao.
