This story is about how one turtles inherently slow qualities were used in a manner to achieve his ultimate goal to be the best. It is to encourage children to slow down and absorb knowledge than to rush through only to not retain what theyve learned. It will make those who are slower learners feel that they too can achieve their goals and aspirations in life. Its important that our children do not feel inferior to others and that our teachers understand that each student learns at a different rate.
